Ballsmith Privacy Policy

Ballsmith (the "app") is published by Nexgrape ("we", "our", "us"). This policy explains what the app collects and why. The short version: your progress stays on your device, the app shows ads through Google AdMob, and purchases are handled by the app stores. We do not run our own servers and we never see your name, e-mail address or payment details.

What the app collects

Game progress

Completed levels, stars, coins, costumes and settings are stored only on your device. They are not sent to us. Uninstalling the app deletes them.

Advertising

The app shows interstitial ads and optional rewarded videos through Google AdMob. Google and its mediation partners may collect:

  • the advertising identifier of your device
  • IP address and the approximate location derived from it
  • app interaction data used to serve and measure ads

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland you are asked for consent before any ad is loaded, and you can change your choice at any time from the app's settings. On iOS the app asks for App Tracking Transparency permission; if you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalised. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data in ads.

Purchases

In-app purchases (ad removal, the starter pack, coin packs) are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive no payment details; the app only learns that a purchase succeeded so the item can be unlocked. Purchases can be restored from the settings screen.

Leaderboards

If you choose to sign in to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, your scores for the daily, weekly and endless modes and your total stars are submitted to those services together with the player name and identifier they provide. Leaderboards are optional; the game works fully without them. Apple's and Google's own privacy policies apply to those services.

Analytics and crash reports

A future version may collect anonymous gameplay events (level started, level completed, hint used) and crash reports through Google Firebase to improve level difficulty and stability. This data is not linked to your identity. We will update this policy when that is enabled.

What the app does not collect

  • No account, no name, no e-mail address, no phone number.
  • No contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location.
  • No data is sold.

Children

The app is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

  • Withdraw or change ad consent from the app's settings (where the consent form applies).
  • Reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.
  • Remove interstitial ads with the one-time purchase.
  • Delete all local progress by uninstalling the app.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision; material changes will also be mentioned in the app's release notes.
