Running our own products changes how we build. We have handled app-store reviews, payment disputes, camera outages at midnight and storage quotas filling up. That experience goes into every system we design for someone else.
We stay deliberately small. The people who scope a project are the people who write the code and answer when something breaks. No hand-offs, no account managers in between.
Our stack is boring on purpose: .NET, PostgreSQL, Flutter, Next.js, Docker. Proven tools, chosen for the long run, so the product can outlive the project.
