Every match recorded. Every goal, one tap away.
A multi-tenant platform for football arenas. Cameras record every booked match, players cut and share their best moments, and the arena runs reservations and its own public site from one place.

The problem
Amateur football is played in thousands of indoor arenas, and almost none of it is recorded. Arena owners wanted a way to stand out, and players wanted to relive the goal they scored on Tuesday night.
What we built
A tenant-per-arena platform. The API resolves the arena from its own domain, records multiple RTSP cameras around the clock, streams live over HLS while recording and keeps footage within a per-camera storage quota. Players open the match, pick a moment and the video processor cuts, watermarks and scores the clip in the background.
Beyond video
Reservations with a calendar and match-finding by reference number, a social feed with comments, ratings and team tags, and a public website per arena. A single Flutter codebase ships to iOS, Android and the web; the admin side runs on Blazor.
Operating it
Two Portainer stacks, nightly encrypted off-site backups, camera health monitoring and a CPU-isolated video worker so clip jobs never compete with recording.
